Chairman's Message

Every project begins with an idea and determination, followed by execution. This was the foundation of my professional life and my endeavors in the market in my homeland, the Sultanate of Oman. It was during the final years of my university studies when the idea of a simple project sparked in my mind, and I did not hesitate to bring it to reality. This project later became the cornerstone for establishing our current company, Alkhayal Alarabi.

The success of implementing this project idea was a strong motivator for me to establish the company and launch other projects under its umbrella. The primary focus of these ideas revolved around the food and beverage sector. Patience, thorough research in selecting projects, and proper planning were key pillars of our success. The second major contributor to our success was the exceptional team working in the company, whom I consider the human capital alongside the financial capital.

Our ambition in the company has never been and will never be limited. With every step we take, we create a new success story that drives us to expand our business further and move from one success to another.

OUR MISSION

Our perspective to the company’s mission is centered on expanding our business operations, distinguishing ourselves in meeting the needs of the Omani market by offering products and services that set us apart from our competitors. We aim to understand the needs of the Omani market deeply and ensure quality that matches our peers in the Gulf market as a first step, and the global market as a second step.

OUR VISION

Just as the first steps of establishing the company stemmed from seeds of ambition planted in our professional lives, our vision revolves around nurturing these seeds further. They have shaped our ambition to venture into business and carefully chart success plans, aiming to secure a dominant share in the Omani market and the Gulf market in general. Certainly, this will not be the limit of our aspirations.

OUR ACTIVITIES

Our activities are spread across most areas of Muscat, the capital, and recently, we have started to expand to other cities in Oman. As a starting point, we reached the farthest part of Oman, Salalah, the summer capital of the Sultanate. Although we are not hesitant to venture into any type of business, most of our activities have been in the food and beverage sector. Below is an overview of these activities.

Our Brand Portfolio

Tea Corner

The first of our activities and an icon of success from which we launched to achieve one success after another in the business world. Despite the difficulties and obstacles we faced when establishing this project, our belief in it was a great motivator to complete it as we envisioned at the time. Our focus was on replicating Omani popular light beverages and snacks, all of which are rooted in our heritage and daily traditions. Thanks to Allah and the strength of success, we managed to cover most areas of Muscat within a few years, reaching 22 branches, and our ambition to increase this number continues.

Frozen Beanz

Another inspiration and a qualitative step we took in a different direction, away from Arab cuisine, while maintaining the authenticity of the product. The new cuisine was Italian, and the products included various types of ice cream and related items. We ensured that the raw materials for production were sourced from original Italian suppliers, and even the equipment and production staff, including chefs and assistants who helped establish the project, were from Italy. However, the brand and production remained Omani.

Camel Cookies

Another inspiration and a qualitative step we took in a different direction, away from Arab cuisine, while maintaining the authenticity of the product. The new cuisine was Italian, and the products included various types of ice cream and related items. We ensured that the raw materials for production were sourced from original Italian suppliers, and even the equipment and production staff, including chefs and assistants who helped establish the project, were from Italy. However, the brand and production remained Omani.

Budeech

An Emirati concept that we decided to bring to the Omani market through an exclusive franchise agreement. Budeech’s kitchen revolves around chicken products, including meals and sandwiches prepared in a unique way, using fresh ingredients and approved healthy oils. Great care is taken to ensure distinctive flavor and taste by using spices specially blended by a chef dedicated to Budeech restaurants.

Fool & Fatteh

The art of authentic and traditional cuisine is timeless. We chose to make Fool & Fattah a symbol of this authenticity. Therefore, we carefully planned its establishment to create a menu rooted in centuries-old traditions from the Levant, particularly Palestine. Each dish is crowned with uniqueness and flavor that compels the diner to consider Fool & Fattah an essential part of their weekly, if not daily, meals.

Meat Moot

A new culinary model where Turkish and Levantine cuisines merge to create a unique type of meat cooked over charcoal for no less than 12 hours. This process is complemented by the use of special healthy oils and a blend of spices exclusively prepared for this restaurant. This is Meat Moot, which we now represent in the Sultanate. We started with our first branch in Oman Mall and are preparing to open a second branch in Salalah, extending the chain of success to reach customers across the Sultanate.

Nashmi

When the name of a restaurant aligns with its reality, the name Nashmi crystallizes as a restaurant that embodies all the qualities of its name. It offers a unique shawarma experience that reflects the essence of generosity, giving, and authentic Arab hospitality. The quality of the meat used, the preparation method, the portion size, and the accompanying spices and ingredients all come together to deliver a distinctive, if not unparalleled, flavor that compels every bite to be followed by another as quickly as possible.

Mashhour

The art and specialization in producing crispy chicken is the true essence that reflects Mashhour brand and sets it apart from others. It’s not just about being a chicken restaurant but also about the secret blends created by a dedicated chef. Although it took a long time and numerous trials, the chef was determined to develop blends that match the uniqueness and delight of these products. The name Mashhour stems from the widespread popularity and fame it achieved for its delicious taste and quality since the opening of its first branch.

Alkhayal Alarabi Car Wash

The idea for this project stood out from others as it ventured outside the realm of food and beverages. Although the idea came by chance, we sensed its potential success based on our expectations of market demand. This was further confirmed after conducting a survey and study of the Muscat market. We then implemented a slightly different operational mechanism compared to the market, both in terms of execution and location. This car wash project added another success story to our business.
